terms of service

Plain-language terms for "I'm Not a Coder," a digital guide and course sold by Think X Design. By creating an account or buying the guide, you're agreeing to these.

What you're buying

A digital guide teaching you how to use Hugging Face without writing code, delivered as course lessons in your account, plus an optional template pack with the bundle tier. It's for your own personal or business use — not for you to resell, redistribute, or repost as your own.

Not affiliated with Hugging Face

This is an independent, plain-language guide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Hugging Face in any way. "Hugging Face" refers to the actual platform this course teaches you to use.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

You have 30 days to ask for a refund. If the course isn't what you expected, email creative@thinkxdesign.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to explain yourself, and there's no form to fill in. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

After 30 days we don't offer refunds, since this is a digital product you keep. If something is genuinely broken on our end at any point (a purchase that didn't grant access, a billing error, a download that won't work), email us and we'll fix it or refund you regardless of how long it's been.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us and change your password right away.

What we expect from you

No guarantees about outcomes

This course teaches you how to use a real, external platform (Hugging Face) that we don't control. We can't guarantee that platform won't change, that every step will work identically on every computer, or any specific business or personal result from taking the course. We've tested everything we teach, but software changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Think X Design isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this course or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
